  • Develop and implement sales strategies for retail IT solutions (e.g., POS systems, ERP, CRM, e-commerce platforms).
  • Identify new business opportunities and emerging markets within the retail sector.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic plans to senior leadership.
