Join us as a Sales Supervisor for Independent Insurance Agents and Agencies at Pacific Cross Insurance Inc., where you’ll work closely with our Independent Advisors Sales Manager to activate, mentor, and strengthen our network of commission-based agents.

• Office Location: 2nd Floor, Left Wing, Door No. 6, Matina Town Square, Mac Arthur Highway, Matina, Davao City | 8:30 to 5:30 Mon-Fri

What You’ll Do

• Recruit, mentor, and inspire insurance agents, fostering collaboration and long-term growth.
• Visit agents in the field at least 2 days per week, building stronger relationships and ensuring territory sales targets are met.
• Drive business growth by focusing on product mix, expenses, profitability, and creative initiatives that maximize seasonality and sales potential.
• Enhance your coaching and mentoring skills through observation, feedback, and review meetings with agents, keeping detailed records of progress.
• Prepare sales reports and analyses to support strategic planning.
• Assist in organizing events, training, and promotional activities to support sales initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Atleast 3 years of experience as an insurance agent with revenue targets (highly preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, especially for group orientations.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
• Willingness to do field work.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with a passion for helping others succeed.
