We're Hiring: Regional Sales Manager

Location: Diversion Rd, Mandurriao, Iloilo City, 5000 Iloilo

Lacson St. Corner Magsaysay St., Singcang, Bacolod City

Type: Full-Time

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. May accept equivalent experience in lieu of a degree
  • 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Previous experience in a Sales Manager or Regional Sales role, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple teams or locations
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in a competitive environment
  • Familiarity with dealership networks, regional market trends, and customer preferences


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Leads a team of Sales Consultants, in both Bacolod and Iloilo showrooms, to achieve and exceed sales targets and performance objectives.
  • Sets clear targets and quota for the sales team as well as monitoring and analyzing sales performance metrics.
  • Seeks for manpower and effectively lead the team of Bacolod and Ilo-ilo;
  • Provides coaching, mentoring and training to Sales Consultants and maintain a high performance, high quality sales team.
  • Evaluates performance of subordinates, identifies areas of improvement and conduct necessary interventions.
  • Participates in Strategic Planning with the top management and collaborate with the various departments within the company.
  • Develops, cultivates and maintains strong partnership with clients and stakeholders;
  • Creates memorandum for the sales team.
  • Provides periodic sales report and make recommendations to AGSM/MD;
  • Monitor vehicle inventory and implement strategies to ensure timely sales to avoid unit aging.
  • Suggests to management improvements for showrooms;
  • If needed, represents company to LGUs.
  • Upholds integrity and performs task in the most ethical manner.
  • Accepts other tasks as maybe assigned by the supervisor in accordance to the need of the Department and company.
