- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies within the food industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors.
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management.
- Train and mentor team members for optimal performance.
- Daily monitoring of inventory
- Manage Audit, Cash, Operations Procedure and Crisis Management
- Dealing with Bank inquiries and Credit Card Management

- Experience Level: 5-10 Years in Food Industry
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree 4 year's college grad is required for this position and good in English
- Skills and Competencies: Expertise in Quality Audit, Training, B2B Sales, Inventory Management, Cash & Credit Management, Retail Marketing, CRM software, and MS Excel.
- Responsibilities: Manage sales targets, conduct training, oversee inventory and warehousing operations, and handle customs processes.
- Working Conditions: Standard office environment with occasional travel.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership, analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
