  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Set individual sales targets and track sales goals.
  • Build and promote long lasting customer relationships.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum BSc in Medical Technology and Registered Medtech
  • At least 2 Year(s) of managerial working experience
  • Has a thorough understanding of medical and in Vitro diagnostic products
  • Excellent understanding of the IVD or related medical market
  • Extensive sales & business development experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills and confident presenter
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Proven leadership capability and a strong results orientation 
  • Excellent work ethic
  • Tech Savvy
  • Able to travel all over Philippines
  • Experienced in product launches and market penetration
