We are seeking a result-driven and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to lead, oversee, and grow sales with specific regions (CAR, Region II, and Region III) . This role will involve driving regional revenue, expanding market share, and leading a team of sales professionals to exceed goals. 

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive regional sales strategy to achieve revenue targets, market share growth, and customer acquisition goals.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of regional sales representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Set clear sales goals for the team, provide regular feedback, and ensure performance standards are met.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the region.
• Track sales performance and adjust strategies as needed to meet or exceed regional goals.
• Drive continuous improvement in sales processes, lead qualification, and closing techniques to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
