我们正在寻找一位经验丰富的电话销售员 / 销售经理，以推动和监督我们的物业管理外展工作。该全职远程职位侧重于主动联系物业所有者，推介物业管理服务，并管理销售工作流程，以最大化潜在客户转化率。理想的候选人需具备强大的沟通技巧、充满活力的态度、客户关系管理（CRM）经验，以及销售管理背景。
职责：
- 对物业所有者进行高频率的电话销售，展示并推广我们物业管理服务的优势。
- 对潜在客户进行筛选，并确定后续跟进和预约的下一步行动。
- 制定并实施新策略，以提升参与度和改善外展效果。
- 记录通话细节，跟踪潜在客户，并在我们的CRM系统中更新客户信息，以确保准确的后续跟进和潜在客户培养。
- 确保在关闭或放弃潜在客户之前，进行最多6次一致的跟进。
- 监督、管理并改善销售 pipeline 和工作流程，以简化潜在客户管理并最大化结果。
- 分析通话结果和销售数据，以推荐改进措施并跟踪目标进展。
