A leadership and sales-driven role responsible for recruitment, training, developing, and managing a team of financial advisors. The core goal is to drive sales performance, ensure team compliance, and expand the company's client base. This role combines managerial oversight, entrepreneurial development, and personal sales achievement.

- Weekly compensation range (part-timer): Php 25,000.00 to 50,000.00
