POSITION TITLE: B2B Sales Manager 

WORK LOCATION: Bonifacio Global City (BGC), Taguig (On-site) 

SALARY RANGE: PHP 104,000 – 207,000 per month 

EMPLOYMENT STATUS: Full-time 

WORK SHIFT: US Time Zone (PHT 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM, Monday – Friday). Note: Work schedule may be changed based on business needs or US time zone adjustments.


ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead and grow our Sales Team in the Philippines, focusing on the US market. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in sales, is passionate about coaching others, and has a proven ability to develop high-performing teams. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth while building a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and career development.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sales Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead the team in meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Generate new business and close deals while modeling best practices.
  • Provide expertise in sales techniques, product knowledge, and client engagement.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Operations for seamless sales-to-service alignment.


People Management & Coaching

  • Manage, coach, and motivate Inside Sales Representatives.
  • Conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
  • Provide feedback, resolve conflicts, and maintain a positive team culture.
  • Set clear goals, KPIs, and development paths for team members.
  • Track performance and implement skill and productivity improvement strategies.


Operational Excellence & Analytics

  • Ensure effective pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM accuracy.
  • Monitor metrics to spot trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Streamline sales processes for efficiency and scalability.
  • Deliver regular performance reports to senior leadership and analyze sales data to identify improvement areas.


QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

  • Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of people-management or team leadership experience.
  • Sales Background: Minimum of 3+ years of B2B sales experience, including outbound prospecting and negotiation.
  • Skills: Strong coaching, goal-setting, and performance management skills.
  • Communication: Fluent in written and oral English; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical: Proficiency with CRM systems and Google Suite.
  • Mindset: Strategic thinker with a proven ability to drive both results and people development.


Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience scaling teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Growth mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
