Sales Team Coordination & Reporting

• Collaborate with senior sales representatives, marketing, and operations teams to meet customer requirements.
• Prepare and submit sales activity reports and updates to the immediate supervisor. 

Support & Client Interaction

• Act as a brand and product representative and ensure accurate representation of features, benefits, and technical specifications.
• Assist in promoting and selling company products to existing and potential customers.
• Respond to client inquiries and prepare initial quotations and proposals.

Technical Learning & Application

• Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products, applications, and industry trends.
• Provide basic technical explanations and refer more complex inquiries to senior staff.
