Descrição:

  • Assist in managing product assortment and inventory levels.
  • Support the merchandising team in analyzing sales data and trends.
  • Help create visually appealing product displays.
  • Coordinate sample orders and maintain product information.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for effective execution of merchandising strategies.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management review.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong inventory management, teamwork abilities, public speaking proficiency, sales training knowledge, and sales management insights.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in inventory tracking, support sales team, and participate in merchandising strategies.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment, potential for extended hours during peak seasons.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, excellent communicator, and adaptable.
