We are a leading furniture e-commerce company dedicated to providing high-quality home furnishings and exceptional customer experiences. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for more professional Customer Service Representatives to join our team! 

1. Develop and maintain relationships with furniture clients in the United States.

2. Contact clients via phone and email to achieve sales targets.

3. Gain a thorough understanding of our furniture products, including design concepts, materials, and craftsmanship, and effectively communicate product value to clients.

4. Provide professional furniture configuration suggestions and solutions based on client needs to facilitate order completion.

5. Track order fulfillment to ensure client satisfaction and actively seek repeat purchases and referrals.

6. Collect market information and client feedback, and report it to the company in a timely manner to inform product development and marketing strategies.

1. Marketing, Business English or related major.

2. At least 2 years of sales experience, candidates with experience in the furniture industry are preferred.

3. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, capable of conducting smooth business communication with clients.

4. Strong communication and negotiation skills, able to establish and maintain good client relationships.

5. Clear goals, proactive, able to handle pressure and achieve targets.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic system operations.

7. Understanding of American culture and market, able to adapt to a cross-cultural working environment.

Location: Philippines

Job Type: Full-time

Work Time: 22-7at local time, with 1 hour break. 2 days rest on weekends

Salary: Competitive salary, will raise it for the government mandated insurance and benefits after 3-6 months
