Descrição:

  • Actively promote products and upsell when appropriate.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
  • Stay updated on product features, pricing, and promotions.
  • Explain product benefits to help customers make informed decisions.
  • Ensure excellent service to build strong customer relationships.
  • Willing to travel and conduct field visits to farms or dealers.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license (if motorcycle or company vehicle is used).
  • Physically fit and able to work in rural or agricultural areas.
  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays if needed.

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Animal Science, Agritechnology, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Vocational or senior high school graduates with relevant experience may also be considered.
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in agricultural sales, livestock feeds, or animal nutrition is preferred.
  • Experience dealing with dealers, farmers and livestock raisers is a strong advantage.
