Descrição:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective and existing customers
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Reach out to customer leads and follow up promptly
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate with team members and other departments to ensure smooth order processing and client satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and product demonstrations
- Handle customer complaints or objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions
- Keep accurate records of sales, revenue, and client interactions
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, pricing, and promotional trends
- Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events as required
Requisito
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- Proven experience as a Sales Representative or similar role is an advantage
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and target-oriented
- Ability to create and deliver persuasive presentations
- Highly developed sense of professionalism, integrity, and customer service
- Willingness to travel as needed and meet clients in person
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong command of verbal and written communication in English and Filipino
