Descrição:

  • Generating Leads:
  • Identifying and reaching out to potential customers through various channels like cold calling, networking, or referrals. 
  • Presenting Products/Services:
  • Clearly communicating the value and benefits of offerings to prospective and existing clients. 
  • Building Relationships:
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and foster long-term loyalty. 
  • Negotiating and Closing Deals:
  • Convincing customers to purchase, negotiating prices and terms, and finalizing sales. 
  • Meeting Sales Targets:
  • Working to achieve or exceed sales quotas set by the company. 
  • Customer Service:
  • Providing excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues. 
  • Sales Documentation:
  • Preparing and maintaining sales records, contracts, and other necessary documents. 
  • Staying Updated:
  • Keeping abreast of product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity

Requisito

  • Well-experienced on Sales for Construction Firm, Fabrication, Manufacturing and Home Equipment & Appliances
  • Experienced in Office-based and Corporate Selling is required
  • Tech-savvy skills ( Google, Viber, Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, WhatsApp ,Dropbox etc)
  • Good in Microsoft Office Software
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to think on your feet.
  • Excellent customer service and leadership skills.
  • Strong networking abilities.
  • Ability to diagnose problems and find solutions.
  • Strong degree of diplomacy and the ability to work with a range of different people.
  • Ability to remain professional.
