- Handle inbound and outbound calls to sell products or services
- Convert inquiries into sales and upsell/cross-sell where applicable
Customer Interaction
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
- Provide accurate product/service information and resolve objections
- Ensure a positive customer experience during every interaction
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience as a Sales Agent in a BPO setting
- Willing to work on-site night shift/shifting schedule in Alabang, Muntinlupa
- Currently residing in nearby cities or provinces
