Descrição:

  • Serve customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.
  • Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing accounts and establish new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedules to call on existing or potential clients.
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly/annual territory analyses.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, and services to understand customer needs.
  • Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
  • Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Travel within the sales territory to meet prospects and customers, including outstation travel if necessary.
  • Maintain records of all sales leads and customer accounts.
  • Create and deliver effective online training programs to clients or prospects.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in sales training, sales management, and customer relationship management. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Develop and maintain client relationships, conduct presentations, and achieve sales targets.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily outside sales; requires travel and flexibility to meet clients.
  • Qualities and Traits: Must exhibit creative problem-solving abilities, teamwork, adaptability, and a driven attitude.
