Position Overview

RecruitGo is seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) responsible for generating a strong sales pipeline for the U.S.-based sales team through outbound prospecting. This role focuses on engaging pre-qualified companies that have already received bids from our estimating department.

You will identify key decision-makers and initiate first contact through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach. The SDR plays a critical role in building pipeline momentum, increasing market awareness, and supporting revenue growth across construction, energy, and critical infrastructure sectors.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound prospecting to U.S. companies that have received bids from our estimating department
  • Identify decision-makers and schedule qualified meetings for Account Executives
  • Execute structured multi-channel outreach sequences (calls, email, LinkedIn) with consistency and discipline
  • Maintain accurate activity logs, notes, and pipeline data in Podio and Salesforce
  • Clearly understand and articulate the value proposition.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for outreach activity, conversion rates, and meetings booked


Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in B2B SDR, inside sales, or outbound sales roles
  • Excellent English communication skills for phone and video interactions with U.S.-based clients
  • Strong research skills with the ability to identify and engage decision-makers in complex organizations
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce and Podio strongly preferred)
  • Highly organized, resilient, competitive, and goal-driven mindset

  • Salary: Php 56,000 – 78,400
  • Work Set up: Onsite - Unit 4/F King's Court Building 1, Pio De Pilar village, 2129 Chino Roces Ave, Legazpi Village, Makati City, Metro Manila
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday; 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM Manila Time
