We are hiring MARKETING ASSISTANTS!

As our Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our sales team, nurturing leads, and ensuring a smooth journey for clients — from inquiry all the way to property turnover.

 

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and online/offline lead generation activities
  • Respond to inquiries from prospective buyers via social media, email, or phone
  • Help qualify leads and schedule them for site visits or presentations
  • Prepare marketing materials and assist in presenting project highlights to clients
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly targets and closing deals
  • Maintain and update the database of prospects, clients, and sales reports
  • Act as a reliable point of contact for clients during the sales process
  • Provide updates on unit availability, pricing, and project status
  • Guide clients through documentation, reservations, and contract signing
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or any related course — but more than your diploma, we value your passion and drive!
  • Confidence in using computer applications (MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) to get things done efficiently
  • A positive, client-first attitude and excellent communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Experience in real estate, client servicing, or administrative work is a plus
  • Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
