Descrição:

As a Sales Associate, you'll be a key driver of customer satisfaction and sales success. You'll provide expert support and product guidance virtually while also contributing to in-person operations once a week. If you're passionate about sales, customer experience, and balancing hybrid work flexibility, this role is made for you.


Key Responsibilities

  • Engage customers proactively—virtually and in person—to understand needs and recommend suitable products and solutions
  • Deliver exceptional customer service: reply to inquiries, resolve concerns, and guide during purchase decisions
  • Support sales goals through upselling, cross-selling, and smart product positioning
  • Manage transactions accurately using POS systems (for in-person day) or CRM/sales platforms (remote)
  • Keep product knowledge current—features, promotions, pricing—to ensure informed customer advice
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards when onsite and track inventory, restocking as needed
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through follow-ups and tailored communication
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams across both remote and in-person settings
  • Participate in training sessions and stay updated on industry trends and best practices


Requisito

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or related roles (retail, e-commerce, or remote-selling environments)
  • Excellent communication—clear, professional, and empathetic—for both virtual and in-person interactions
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to perform effectively in hybrid work mode
  • Basic tech proficiency: CRM tools, POS systems, video conferencing, email platforms, etc.


Valued—but not required:

  • Knowledge of inventory systems, merchandising basics, or sales metrics analysis
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals or KPIs
  • Adaptability and time-management in a dynamic, split-location setup
