The Sales Demonstrator is responsible for showcasing and demonstrating products to customers, highlighting key features and benefits to drive sales. The role ensures excellent customer engagement, accurate product information, and a positive buying experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct live product demonstrations to attract and engage customers.
• Explain product features, functions, and advantages clearly and confidently.
• Assist customers in understanding how the product works and answer their inquiries.
• Promote product sales by providing accurate recommendations based on customer needs.
• Ensure the display area is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
• Monitor inventory of demo units and report any issues or damages.
• Meet daily/weekly sales targets set by the company.
• Maintain professional behavior and uphold brand standards at all times.
• Submit daily sales reports and customer feedback to the supervisor.
• Support in-store marketing activities and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate / SHS Graduate / College Level
• With experience in sales or product demonstration is an advantage
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Confident, energetic, and customer-oriented
• Ability to explain product details in a simple and engaging manner
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Physically fit; able to stand for long hours
