We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Client Coordinator to join our growing team. MUST BE CUSTOMS BROKERAGE & LOGISTICS EXPERIENCE and/or CUSTOMS ADMINISTRATION. This role involves managing client relationships, ensuring accurate and timely billing, maintaining high-quality data management, and providing excellent cross-department collaboration to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Check, input, update, and maintain the accuracy and completeness of quotations and other data in the database, ensuring consistency and compliance with company standards.
• Oversee billing processes and ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including communication about products and services, providing quotations, and conducting client visits.
• Collect payments from clients in a timely and professional manner.
• Review and verify data/quotations for errors, inconsistencies, or missing information, and perform routine quality control checks to maintain data integrity.
• Organize and maintain data files and records for easy access, ensuring compliance with internal protocols.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations, address data-related inquiries, and assist with retrieval needs.
• Participate in meetings to share insights on data management and process improvements.
• Ensure confidentiality, security, and privacy of sensitive data in line with legal and company requirements.
• Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time.



Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Customs Administration, or  related field is an advantage.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years experience with the job title in a logistics industry.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and database management.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
