We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Sales Associate responsible for promoting and selling insurance products, building strong client relationships, and achieving individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
• At least 1 year of relevant sales experience in the insurance industry
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work onsite in Alabang

Responsibilities / Duties

• Engage with prospective clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable products
• Promote and sell life, health, or general insurance products in line with company offerings
• Provide excellent after-sales service and maintain long-term client relationships
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and performance metrics
• Ensure accurate documentation of client records and sales activities
• Participate in sales meetings, product training, and company initiatives
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to achieve overall business goals
