Descrição:

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Develop and implement strategic account plans.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions for clients.
  • Analyze account performance and report on key metrics.
  • Attend client meetings and industry events to strengthen relationships.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students welcome.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong public speaking, teamwork, and communication skills, along with competencies in sales support, management, training, and CRM.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage key accounts, provide sales support, conduct training, and maintain customer relationships.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment, collaborative team setting with potential travel.
  • Qualities and Traits: Motivated, adaptable, proactive, and detail-oriented.
