  • Assist customers in product selection and inquiries.
  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Support inventory management and stock replenishment.
  • Handle customer complaints with professionalism.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service at all times.

Requisito

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in sales preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in sales techniques, target achievement, inventory management, and strong communication skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in sales activities, maintain inventory records, generate sales reports, monitor quotas, and support sales force operations.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail or office environment; may require weekend or evening hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, motivated, personable, and able to work collaboratively.
