Prospecting:

  • Identify and generate new sales leads through various channels (e.g., cold calling, email, networking).

Sales Process:

  • Understand customer needs and tailor fit services based on the assessment.
  • Develop and present persuasive sales pitches.
  • Negotiate and close deals.
  • Handle objections and queries.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly.

Market Knowledge:

  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and learn.

Collaborate:

  • Work with the respective departments and follow standard onboarding and off-boarding procedures.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
  • A least 6 months to 1 year experience; proven track record in sales and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Canva.
  • Willing to be trained and mentored
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
  • Passion for our industry
  • Can work and collaborate with a team
  • Willing to work on-site 2x a week (Kapitolyo, Pasig)


Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience working in an Agency
  • CSR/CRM experience
