· Respond to customer inquiries (online and face-to-face) and close sales.

· Be knowledgeable in the products to conduct demo and answer inquiries.

· Build and maintain relationships with clients before and after sales.

· Keep up to date with the latest trends and competitors in the market.

· Monitor and analyze sales performance to improve and adjust sales strategies.

· Provide good customer service and ensure customer satisfaction is high.

· With experience in online sales and B2B

· Knowledge and experience in machineries, automotive, agriculture is an advantage.

· Computer literate, knows how to use MS Office.

· Communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Familiarity with sales performance metrics and tools

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, related field or other course which has relativity to business, sales and marketing
