Descrição do Trabalho

The Cruise Sales Agent Support provides exceptional customer and sales assistance to clients seeking cruise vacations. This role supports direct sales activities by handling incoming inquiries, managing bookings through the company’s reservation platform, and performing follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and inquiries from potential and existing clients regarding cruise packages, itineraries, promotions, and travel details.
  • Assist in processing cruise bookings, changes, and cancellations accurately through the company’s reservation system.
  • Support Cruise Sales Agents in managing client accounts, maintaining accurate records, and following up on pending inquiries or bookings.
  • Conduct follow-up calls and communications to confirm details, provide updates, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable cruise options, upgrades, or additional services.
  • Provide timely and professional assistance in resolving customer inquiries, complaints, and booking issues.
  • Utilize CRM tools and booking systems to track interactions, manage leads, and maintain data accuracy.
  • Contribute to achieving individual and team sales goals by supporting the overall sales process.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.


Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, travel, or customer service; experience in cruise line or travel agency sales support is a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with booking systems, CRM tools, and reservation platforms.
  • Strong sales-oriented mindset with the ability to identify customer needs and assist in closing sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to manage multiple inquiries, follow-ups, and administrative tasks efficiently.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education or certification in travel, tourism, or sales is an asset.
