POSITION – SALES EXECUTIVE

Job Location: Work From Home

Offered Monthly Salary: upto ZAR 10000

Monthly Incentive: ZAR 5000 (On achieving target only)

Role & responsibilities

• Contact and follow up with potential customers provided through marketing or inbound inquiries.

• Present and explain company services, packages, or offers to customers clearly and confidently.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable service plans or solutions.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure high conversion rates.

• Maintain positive relationships with customers to encourage renewals and referrals.

• Manage customer records, service requests, and sales updates using CRM tools or reports.

• Coordinate with operations and customer support teams to ensure smooth service activation or delivery.

• Collect customer feedback and share insights to help improve services and customer satisfaction.

• Stay updated on product knowledge, service offerings, and competitor trends.

• Maximizing lead conversion

• Meeting sales quotas.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree

• 1–3 years of experience in sales.

• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.

• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.

• Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.

• Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel, and outlook.

• Able to work comfortably in a fast paced environment.
