Descrição:

  • Sales Representative is the key point of contact between the company and clients.
  • Main target is to meet sales goals set by the management.
  • Foster strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients. Responsible for continuous increase of business volume and profitability.

Sales Marketing Plan (SLM-1)

  • Submission of Marketing Plan and Sales Report every week for proper monitoring and consistency.
  • Regular client and market profiling on a semi-annual basis
  • Research on a semi-annual basis on emerging technologies and coordinate with Marketing Officer

Quotation Preparation (QAR)

  • Preparation of actual quotation to client
  • Submit proof of received quotation of client to Administrative Assistant- Sales
  • Follow through of quotation and updated Sales Funnel
  • Submit win/loss report to Administrative Assistant- Sales

Bidding of Government Projects

  • Attend pre-bid with Administrative Assistant- Sales, Service Engineer and Applications Specialist if needed
  • Preparation and coordination of bid, five (5) days before the actual bid with
  • Administrative Assistant- Sales and Senior Manager- Administrative Services for QA.
  • • Attend bid proper or coordinate with Senior Manager- Administrative Services for attendance to bid proper if Sales personnel is not available.
  • • Receipt of Lowest Responsible Bid
  • • Preparation of post qualification documents with Administrative Assistant- Sales

Purchase Order, Notice of Award, Notice to Proceed

  • Receipt of Notice Award from government clients
  • Receipt NTP and Purchase Order
  • Forward to Administrative Assistant- Sales for Sales Order Confirmation (SOC) preparation. Without quotation, no SOC.
  • Coordinate with courier for collection of DP if applicable

5. Memorandum of Agreement (MOA)

  1. Request for draft of MOA from Administrative Assistant- Sales
  2. Submission of MOA to client for signature/acceptance
  3. Request for invoice for down payment if applicable
  4. Coordinate with courier for collection of down payment (DP)
  5. Forward to Administrative Assistant- Sales for Sales Order Confirmation (SOC) preparation

6. Acceptance

  • Receipt of acceptance from PMT
  • Ensure endorsement to proper department for payment processing

7. Increase sales for DND products and services;

8. Maintain existing DND clients;

9. Establish customer relationship;

10. Utilize active listening skills to accurately assess customer needs;

11. Assist other sales and technical personnel as needed to build the overall knowledge base, skill levels and abilities of team members;

12. Develop strategy for potential presentation and demonstration of DND products and services;

13. Exhibit superior technical and clinical knowledge and presentation skills when presenting and demonstrating the features and benefits of DND products;

14. Professionally handle all objections and questions from the customer;

15. Communicate customer reactions, opinions, concerns and needs to the President during or immediately following the demonstration and/or training process;

16. Submit post-demonstration or post-training evaluation, communicating feedback, system performance, sales and application issues to the President

17. Participate in exhibits and conventions as a clinical and technical expert in local and national events as needed.

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management or Electrical Engineering
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or related training
  • Strong oral & written communication, analytical thinking, and customer service skills
  • Highly motivated, with time-management abilities and willingness to travel
