Descrição:

  • Conduct outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing B2B clients
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services
  • Close sales and achieve assigned targets
  • Utilize CRM tools to track leads, sales activities, and customer interactions
  • Provide accurate and timely product information and quotations

Requisito

  • At least 2 years of combined experience in sales and customer service
  • At least high school graduate
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with business-to-business (B2B) sales
  • Proficient in using CRM tools
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented
