The Field Sales Representative supports the District Sales Supervisor in attaining the sales objectives based on Total Portfolio Selling (TPS) in the assigned district. Responsible for complying the AKS (Attitude, Knowledge and Skills) parameters and build professional sales techniques in order to develop a long term working relationship with the customer.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor Degree Graduate of any four year course/College Level/Vocational Diploma/Short Courses
- With selling experience in construction related products is an advantage
- Knowledgeable and has wide range of clients in general trade (Hardware stores) is an advantage
- Know how to handle existing accounts and create/open new accounts
- Willing to do Full-time field works
