Descrição:

The Sales Support Technician will provide technical assistance to the Business Development Officers/Manager regarding customer concerns or requirements. As well as assist with loading activities for assigned accounts to ensure uninterrupted service delivery. Additionally, responsible for prospecting potential accounts, delivering presentations, and preparing necessary quotations.

Requisito

  • IT Graduate
  • can work under pressure & minimum supervision
  • able to do multi-tasking job
  • must have a good moral character
  • trustworthy & hardworking
  • Proven skills in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Salesforce.
  • Excellent teamwork abilities.
  • Minimum education level: Bachelors degree.
  • Experience: Less than 1 year in a technical support role.
