Descrição:

Overview: We're seeking an experienced Sales Virtual Assistant to lead our sales initiatives, ensuring high deliverability, and engagement of social media for the client in the United States.

As part of our small yet ambitious team, you will generate potential sales leads, conduct outreach through emails or calls, and execute necessary social media postings to drive business growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Researching potential clients, identifying qualified leads through online platforms and databases, and creating lead lists.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Coordinating sales calls and meetings with prospective clients by managing calendars and sending reminders.
  • Data Management: Maintaining accurate customer information in CRM systems, updating contact details, and managing sales pipelines.
  • Email/Phone Communication: Drafting and sending personalized sales emails to leads and clients, following up on inquiries.
  • Sales Qualification: Pre-qualifying leads by gathering necessary information to ensure they meet sales criteria.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generating sales reports, tracking key metrics, and providing insights to the sales team.
  • Social Media Management: Engaging with potential clients on social media platforms to promote company products and services.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales & marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Perform administrative tasks and handle duties as necessary.


Requisito

  • Experience as a Sales/Marketing VA or similar role in a B2B setting (Preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Experience with email marketing tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and processes
  • Must have a strong sales mindset and a high sense of responsibility
  • Must be familiar with AI tools to utilize Sales such as ChatGPT.
  • Creating engaging content (Image/Video) for all company social media platforms is PLUS
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Be able to work night shifts, i.e., 9 am – 6 pm US EST/PST.
  • Submit an NBI clearance.
  • Provide a valid, government-issued photo ID (such as Driver’s License, Postal ID, UMID, or Passport)
  • Work from home: The camera must be turned on for the meeting. Have a quiet work environment and a professional, neutral background with decent lighting (examples will be provided)
  • Internet subscription/speed: At least 30 Mbps (DSL/Fiber only)
