Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Interaction: Greet visitors and staff in a professional and approachable manner, providing assistance and directions when necessary, all while maintaining a secure environment.
• Surveillance: Operate and monitor security systems, including cameras and alarm systems, to identify and respond to potential threats or security breaches.
• Emergency Response: Respond promptly to security incidents, including emergencies such as fire alarms, medical situations, or other safety concerns, following established procedures.
• Report and Document: Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incidents, and security-related issues, providing detailed reports when necessary.
• Access Control: Monitor entrances and exits to ensure that only authorized personnel and visitors are allowed entry, maintaining security without compromising accessibility.
• Enforce Policies: Ensure that all building policies, procedures, and safety protocols are followed, and assist in the resolution of conflicts or disturbances as needed.
• Assist with Safety Procedures: Guide visitors and staff during emergency evacuations or drills, ensuring everyone knows the proper safety protocols.
