About The Client (AU)

Areas of expertise: Health Precinct Developments, Mental Health Facilities, Day Hospitals, Community Health, General Practice, Specialist Medical (Fertility / Radiology / Dental) and Veterinary.

Responsibilities

Reports to and takes instruction from the Head of Technical / Design lead and is responsible for all documentation in relation to management and procurement of the Project. This comprises of the following:

Documentation: Utilises expertise in Revit to develop and produce detailed technical documentation for healthcare projects, including but not limited to floor plans, elevations, sections, details and 3D models
Quality Control: Ensures the accuracy and precision of all documentation, adhering to company, Australian standards and industry best practices
Collaboration: Works closely with our Australian-based Design team to understand project requirements, provide technical support, and contribute to the overall project design process
Time Management: Manages and prioritises multiple project tasks to meet established deadlines and project milestones
Problem-solving: Proactively identifies and resolves technical issues related to documentation, collaborating with the Design team as needed

Requirements:

Tertiary qualificatons in Interior Design, Architecture, Drafting
Mid-Senior level; 4+ years in Interiors Commercial Architecture
Previous experience working on commercial architectural projects, Australia / NZ and Healthcare experience preferred.
Proficient Revit AND AutoCAD user (at least 3 years working experience) - Experience in creating & editing parametric families
Sound construction knowledge, and at least some site experience
Experienced with site measures / surveys of existing conditions
Solid understanding of the BCA and relevant Australian Standards - NCC (must be familiar with AS 1428.1 if possible) - Must have 1-2 years of experience in AU or NZ companies
Familiar with working alongside & under the direction of Designers/Architects
Enscape and/or Lumion experience preferred

Work Schedule (Dayshift)

Monday to Friday (7AM-4PM; Manila Time)

Work Setup (WFH)

Permanent Homebased
Equipment will be provided by Outsourced
Candidates are required to have a stable/reliable internet connection at home with at least 20MBPS (both download and upload speed)
