Descrição:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior BIM Modeler with strong expertise in mechanical systems, particularly HVAC, to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing Revit models, creating and quality-checking families, coordinating with clients, and leading a team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of mechanical BIM projects. Proficiency in Revit, Basic knowledge in Dynamo, and coordination workflows is essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Mechanical Modeling in Revit:

  • Develop detailed mechanical layouts (primarily HVAC) based on client-provided plans.
  • Implement best practices for model accuracy, level of detail (LOD), and efficiency.

Family Creation:

  • Create new Revit families for mechanical equipment, duct fittings, air terminals, and other system components.
  • Ensure all families meet industry and project standards.

Quality Control:

  • Conduct thorough quality checks on families, templates, and models to ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Maintain consistent standards across projects and documentation.

Layout and Product Placement:

  • Accurately place product families within the project file templates based on the layout given by the client

Team Management:

  • Supervise and guide a team of BIM modelers.
  • Monitor team progress, conduct reviews, and ensure adherence to deadlines and project objectives.

Client Coordination:

  • Communicate and coordinate regularly with clients to clarify design intent, resolve modeling issues, and align project goals.
  • Attend coordination meetings and provide technical insights as required.

Dynamo Scripting:

  • Test and support the development of Dynamo scripts for automation and process improvement.

Requisito

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is required.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Revit modeling, with a focus on HVAC or mechanical systems.
  • Proficient in Autodesk Revit; experience with mechanical families and systems modeling is a must.
  • Working knowledge of Dynamo for automation tasks and data manipulation.
  • Basic skills in AutoCAD and understanding of file referencing workflows.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural plans.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
