  • Conduct in-depth analysis of current operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and timelines.
  • Develop strategic recommendations for modernizing SovOps processes.
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather feedback and ensure alignment.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for executive reviews.
  • Mentor junior analysts and support team development.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: Over 10 years of proven experience in business analysis and project management.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in Project Management, Microsoft Visio, SQL, Dynamics 365, and Agile tools like JIRA.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Engage with stakeholders, perform data analysis, and manage system integration and testing.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment with collaboration across multiple teams.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
