Descrição:

  • Handle financial voice accounts and assist clients with financial-related concerns.
  • Provide customer support for services such as mutual funds, asset and wealth management, banking, loans, life insurance, and stocks.
  • Manage sensitive financial data and ensure high-quality client service.
  • Address account inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate financial information.
  • Maintain professional communication and compliance with financial policies.

Requisito

  • Must be a Senior High School graduate or at least a college undergraduate.
  • Minimum of 2 years BPO experience in Financial Services or Wealth & Asset Management (WAM).
  • Experience in any of the following is required:
  1. Mutual Funds
  2. Asset & Wealth Management
  3. Life Insurance
  4. Banking, Loans, or Mortgage
  5. Stocks or financial portfolio management
  • Excellent English communication skills (voice account).
  • No age limit.
  • Willing to work night shift and onsite.
  • Must be open to work in either Taguig or Ortigas site.
