✍️ Senior Copywriter

We work with the country's biggest brands in Auto, QSR, FMCG, Banking, Real Estate, Pharmaceuticals, Retail, and more.

We work remotely 4 days a week and report to our office once a week.

? WHAT YOU’LL DO

✏️ COPYWRITING & CONCEPTING

• Lead ideation and brainstorming sessions with multi-skilled teams
• Develop campaignable big ideas grounded in insight
• Write compelling copy across digital, video, print, OOH, and social
• Craft narratives in English and Filipino that connect with real people
• Adjust tone and messaging based on brand personality and audience
• Review and elevate junior copy for quality and consistency
• Stay updated on trends, pop culture, and best practices

? STRATEGIC & LEADERSHIP RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collaborate with strategy and accounts to turn briefs into standout creative
• Guide creative direction from concept to execution
• Confidently present work to internal teams and clients
• Mentor junior creatives and foster a positive team culture
• Spot opportunities to improve storytelling, messaging, and processes

? SOCIAL & COMMUNITY

• Oversee social content calendars and maintain brand voice
• Write timely, engaging content tuned into trends and culture
• Use social metrics to refine copy and improve performance

✅ WHAT YOU’LL NEED

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Communications, Creative Writing, English Lit, or a related field
• 3–4 years of experience in an agency or similar creative setup
• A strong portfolio with conceptual thinking and multi-platform copy
• English + Filipino fluency (bonus for wit and nuance!)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and strong time management
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for great work
