Descrição:

The Senior Manager, Sales Coordination and Commercial Contracts plays a critical role in Commercial Excellence Team in driving a performance-driven sales support culture while ensuring effective management of commercial team efforts, including contract management. This role collaborates with regional and global teams to optimize business processes, enhance CRM governance, and maintain transparency in contract management. The ideal candidate will focus on improving sales support, managing key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring seamless coordination between business functions, legal requirements, and corporate objectives.


Key Responsibilities:


This role represents ComEx in the Manila leadership team and provides insight on how to define and improve ComEx services.


Reporting line to Head of Global Sales Enablement based in Europe.


Local Teams Supervision:

  • Lead and supervise local Sales Coordination and Contracts teams as a dotted line manager ensuring alignment with global strategies and fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Develop the teams, identify and groom leadership reporting to her/him as dotted line.
  • Train the team to have lateral vision across the services provided in Manila (Accounts Receivable, Customer Care, etc.). Train team members on CRM best practices, sales support and contract management principles.
  • Participate in special projects and workgroups focused on operational excellence and efficiency improvements.


Commercial Contracts Management:

  • Support end-to-end business processes while ensuring alignment with company culture, legal requirements, and global best practices.
  • Maintain and monitor commercial contracts, ensuring transparency across the organization.
  • Support all business areas, including Life Sciences, Molecular Diagnostics, QIAGEN Digital Insights, and related support functions.
  • Oversee contract correspondence, documentation, and ongoing contract management processes.
  • Monitor contract status and manage extensions, renewals, and close-outs as needed.
  • Synchronize process improvement plans with other process owners within the value chain.
  • Educate local teams on industry best practices and global standards.
  • Identify, document, and test new business scenarios while managing the rollout of new functionalities.


Sales Coordination & Performance Management:

  • Drive a performance-driven culture by leading operational reviews of KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with regional teams to assess business needs and optimize resource allocation
  • Review existing sales tools and processes to identify areas for improvement and standardization.
  • Ensure training and communication strategies align with regional requirements and global expectations.
  • Drive regional reporting to measure the impact of processes, tools, and organizational changes.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree holder.
  • With 5 years of strong leadership experience with the ability to supervise and develop local teams.
  • 10 years of proven experience in sales support, contract management, or a related commercial function.
  • Expertise in contract governance, documentation, and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, and sales performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities in a global environment.
  • Exceptional training abilities to align teams with business objectives.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
  • Must be willing to work on a flexible schedule.
  • Must be willing to work onsite (Mondays to Fridays) for the first 3-6 months.
