Descrição:

  • End-to-end recruitment for various roles across different industries
  • Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for final selection
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems and recruitment reports
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to understand hiring needs and deliverables
  • Handle Executive Assistant (EA) role hiring and support
  • Manage recruitment for international roles, particularly for UK-based clients


Requisito

  • At least 5 years of solid experience in end-to-end recruitment
  • Strong background in sourcing and hiring Executive Assistants
  • Experience recruiting for UK clients or familiarity with international hiring standards (preferred)
