Role Overview  

We're seeking an experienced training professional who can drive excellence in our real estate sales training program. This role combines deep knowledge transfer expertise with sales training innovation to develop high-performing cold calling professionals. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating lasting learning experiences and capable of implementing systems that ensure knowledge retention and practical application.

 

Key Responsibilities  

 

Training Delivery:

  • Lead comprehensive 2-week classroom training programs for groups of 10-20 new hires
  • Manage diverse classroom dynamics effectively while maintaining high engagement
  • Implement innovative teaching methods that cater to different learning styles
  • Create and conduct effective roleplay scenarios that build lasting sales skills

 

Program Development:

  • Design and implement knowledge retention strategies for both real estate concepts and sales techniques
  • Create and maintain a library of exemplary calls and training materials
  • Develop systematic practice routines and reinforcement mechanisms
  • Implement accountability systems and knowledge checks that ensure learning retention

 

Performance Optimization:

  • Track and analyze training metrics to continuously improve program effectiveness
  • Create solutions to reduce training duration while improving knowledge retention
  • Collaborate with nesting coach to ensure smooth transition from classroom to production
  • Design and implement performance measurement systems

 

Required Experience & Skills  

 

Training Expertise:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales training or adult education
  • Proven track record of implementing successful knowledge retention programs
  • Excellence in managing classroom dynamics and different personality types
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and memory retention techniques

 

Technical Skills:

  • Experience in creating role-play scenarios and practice routines
  • Ability to develop and maintain training resources and tools
  • Skilled in performance tracking and metrics analysis
  • Proficiency in virtual training delivery

 

Industry Knowledge:

  • Experience in real estate or complex sales environment preferred
  • Understanding of sales methodology and techniques
  • Ability to translate complex concepts into digestible learning modules

 

What Success Looks Like:

  • Improved knowledge retention rates among trainees
  • Reduced training attrition rates (currently at 50%)
  • Accelerated time to production readiness
  • Enhanced caller performance on the production floor
  • Development of comprehensive training resources and tools
  • Creation of effective knowledge reinforcement systems

 

Initial Training Period  

The role includes a brief immersion period in our cold calling operations to gain hands-on experience with our processes and understand our callers' challenges firsthand.

 

Working Hours:

PH Graveyard Shift (8hrs/day, Monday-Friday US Timezone)

 

Compensation & Benefits  


Compensation:

  • Hourly Rate: $6-8 USD based on experience

Requisito

Equipment Requirements:

  • Operating System: Windows 10 or MacOS (latest version)
  • Processor: Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 (or equivalent)
  • RAM: 8 GB or higher
  • Storage: 256 GB SSD or higher with minimum 30% free space
  • Internet Connection: Minimum 100 Mbps download and upload speed (200mbps+ preferred)
  • Headset: Noise-canceling headset with microphone
