- Assist customers, address inquiries, and promote products/services.
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing outstanding service.
- Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and issue resolution.
- Maintain a positive and welcoming environment.
- Support team initiatives and contribute to a customer-centric culture.
- Gather feedback to improve service offerings and customer experience.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No previous experience required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, customer service orientation, and problem-solving skills.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment, may require weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, approachable, and adaptable to change.
