Driving & Transport Services

• Safely transport guests to and from designated locations (airport, city transfers, tours, etc.) following hotel protocols.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness, safety, and proper maintenance at all times.
• Adhere to traffic rules and regulations to guarantee passenger safety.

Concierge & Guest Services

• Assist guests with luggage handling upon arrival and departure.
• Provide information and recommendations on local attractions, dining, shopping, and events in Manila.
• Assist guests with bookings, reservations, and other concierge requests.
• Deliver parcels, documents, or hotel-related items as required.

Administrative & Support

• Keep a log of daily trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle servicing.
• Report any vehicle issues or incidents immediately to the supervisor.
• Support front office or bell service operations as needed.
• Maintain a courteous, professional, and guest-oriented attitude at all times.

• At least High School Graduate; vocational or hospitality training is an advantage.
• Holder of a Professional Driver’s License with restriction codes applicable to hotel vehicles.
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience in Metro Manila with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of major roads, traffic regulations, and alternative routes in Metro Manila.
• Strong customer service and communication skills in English and Filipino.
• Neat, well-groomed, and professional appearance.
• Willing to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays.
