Descrição:
Perform installation, maintenance, and repair tasks; ensure customer satisfaction; resolve technical issues.
Requisito
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in a relevant technical field.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of hands-on experience in air conditioning installation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in customer service and client-facing communication skills; strong problem-solving abilities.
- Working Conditions: May require working in various environments, including residential and commercial settings, sometimes under challenging conditions.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, excellent communicator, and able to work independently or in a team.
- Certification: NC2 or NC3 in DOMRAC
- Technical Skills: Proficient in diagnostics, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of complex systems.
- Leadership Skills: Strong ability to manage, mentor, and motivate team members.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Work Environment: Ability to work in field or workshop settings, sometimes under challenging conditions.
