Requisito

  3.  熟悉模型训练流程，能够优化模型性能。
  4.  在自然语言处理（NLP）、计算机视觉（CV）或推荐系统方向有实际项目经验者优先。
  5.  熟悉分布式训练框架（如 Horovod、DeepSpeed）或有大规模数据集处理经验者优先。
  6.  发表过AI相关论文、开源贡献者优先。
