Descrição:

  • Oversee daily operations on construction sites.

Requisito

  • Experience Level: Minimum 5 years in construction management or site supervision.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills; proficiency in construction software.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Oversee daily operations, manage subcontractors, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain project schedules.
  • Working Conditions: On-site presence in various weather; may require extended hours and travel.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive problem solver, and strong decision-making abilities.
