We are seeking for Operations Manager to be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company’s construction operations, from planning and project execution to quality control and resource management. This role ensures that all construction projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The Operations Manager will provide leadership to project teams, coordinate with clients and stakeholders, and drive operational efficiency and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Operations Management

• Oversee daily operations across multiple construction projects.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize productivity.
• Ensure all projects meet safety, quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to monitor progress and resolve operational challenges.
• Manage procurement and logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.

Planning & Execution

• Prepare project execution plans and allocate resources effectively.
• Review project schedules, budgets, and performance metrics.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, mentor, and motivate project and site teams to achieve performance targets.
• Build a culture of accountability, safety, and collaboration.
• Coordinate manpower planning, recruitment, and training for operations staff.

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and subcontractors on operational matters.
• Ensure client satisfaction by maintaining open communication and delivering on commitments.
• Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with suppliers and subcontractors.

Compliance & Safety

• Ensure all operations comply with company policies, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture across all project sites.
• Review incident reports and implement corrective actions.

Financial & Reporting

• Monitor project financial performance, including budgets, costs, and profitability.
• Prepare operational reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for senior management.
• Support business development by providing operational input for bids and tenders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• At least 8–12 years of experience in construction operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record managing multiple projects and large teams in general construction, infrastructure, or real estate development.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, project scheduling, and contract administration.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and construction management software (Primavera, AutoCAD, etc.).
• PRC license (Civil Engineer) preferred.
