The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations on project sites to ensure that construction or installation works are carried out safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved plans and specifications. This role involves close coordination with the project team, contractors, and client to monitor progress, resolve on-site issues, and maintain quality and safety standards.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Overseeing daily site operations, construction activities, and work progress.

• Hands-on experience with telecom installations and structure works.

• Working with supervisors, designers, contractors, and clients to resolve on-site issues.

• Coordinating execution according to approved plans, drawings, and timelines.

• Familiarity with tools and equipment used on-site.

• Ensuring all work complies with design specifications, codes, and safety standards.

• Prepare site reports, project site documents and inspection forms.

• Quality control and assurance procedures.

• Enforces safety protocols.

• Monitors material usage and equipment handling.

• Assists in billing validation, and progress reporting.

• Performs safety toolbox meetings and orientations.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of BS in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Engineering or any related field.

• Licensed Engineer (PRC) is an advantage but not required.

• Minimum 2–5 years of relevant experience in site supervision, construction, or project implementation in telecom projects.

• Proven track record of supervising field teams, subcontractors, and construction activities.

• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting plans, drawings, and specifications.

• Familiarity with MS Office, AutoCAD, Google Earth and other surveying tools.

• Understanding of quality assurance and project documentation.

• Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure.

• Holds a valid driver’s license for driving company-assigned vehicles.

• Willing to be assigned on-site and travel as needed.
